Website interface purchase policy | Solution Themes
Agreement for use, security, payment, purchase, handover, warranty, return and complaint handling for customers purchasing website interfaces.
Terms of use
This agreement applies to customers who purchase, download, receive delivery, install or use website interfaces, modules, demo data, documentation and support services from Solution Themes.
1. Products and scope of use
The interface is a digital product including design, interface source code, sample configuration, demo data, documentation and components included in each package. Customers can use the interface for their registered website or project. If you want to use it for multiple websites, multiple domains, multiple customers or for re-commercial purposes, customers need to purchase additional licenses or get written approval.
2. Customer Rights
- Use the interface to build your website according to the scope of the purchased package.
- Edit content, images, colors, and layout within the allowable technical scope.
- Request installation support, user manuals and warranty coverage within the package.
- Receive necessary documents or instructions to operate the website after handover.
3. Restrictions on use
- Do not resell, share, distribute, publicly upload, rent, sublicense or distribute interfaces/source code/documentation without permission.
- Do not delete copyright information, license mechanism, authentication code or technical measures to protect the product, if any.
- Do not use the interface for content that violates the law, fraud, trademark counterfeiting, copyright infringement, illegal data collection, gambling, malicious code, prohibited content or causes damage to users.
- Do not use the interface to create a theme inventory, competing products, or resell services under another trade name without an agency/partner agreement.
4. Demo data and sample resources
Demo data, images, articles, logos, products, figures, brand names and sample content are only used to illustrate functionality. Customers must replace with their own legal content before official operation. Solution Themes is not responsible if customers continue to use demo content that causes confusion, violates copyright or violates industry regulations.
5. Technical compatibility
The interface works best on published technical environments or confirmed by the consulting team. Customers need to ensure hosting, PHP version, database, SSL, file writing permissions, capacity, memory, extension, domain and server configuration meet minimum requirements. Errors due to incompatible environments are not considered product errors.
6. Updates and upgrades
Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, interface optimizations, or minor additions. Solution Themes does not commit that all updates are compatible with the customer's own modifications. Before updating, customers need to back up data and source code. If the website has been deeply edited, merging updates may incur costs.
7. Responsibility for content and operations
Customers are responsible for posted content, product information, selling prices, promotions, transaction conditions, own policies, customer data, sales process and industry legal obligations. Solution Themes provides tools/interfaces, not legal censors, for the entire customer's business.
8. Termination of support
Solution Themes has the right to refuse or terminate support if customers violate copyright, illegally share products, use for prohibited purposes, attack the system, insult support personnel, make illegal requests or intentionally exploit policies to avoid payment.
9. Responsibility when editing or hiring a third party
After handover, customers can edit themselves or hire a third party to edit if the service package allows. However, any errors arising from editing source code, changing data structures, installing incompatible plugins, deleting files, overriding the interface or changing configuration outside the instructions will no longer be considered original errors of the product. Solution Themes can support testing and recovery with a separate quote if needed.
10. Reasonable limitation of liability
Solution Themes is responsible for fixing errors or providing solutions for errors directly within the scope of the product/service package purchased. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of expected revenue, loss of orders due to customer misconfiguration, loss of data due to no backup, website interruption due to hosting/domain or damage from content posted by customers themselves.
Unless required by law or otherwise agreed, Solution Themes' maximum financial responsibility for an order does not exceed the value the customer paid for the part of the product/service that directly caused the error. This limitation does not exclude liability for willful infringement or fraud.
11. Prioritize customers' legal interests
This provision is not intended to deprive customers/consumers of the right to complain, the right to be informed, the right to protect personal data or other legal rights under Vietnamese law. If there is unclear content, Solution Themes will explain in a balanced way: customers are protected when the error is our responsibility, and Solution Themes is protected against out-of-scope requests, policy abuse or copyright infringement.

- It is recommended that customers change their password after completing installation or support.
4. Share information
Information may be shared with hosting providers, payment gateways, accounting, email, technical support tools or invoice/document carriers as needed to complete the service. We only share necessary information and request that the receiving party use the information for its intended purpose.
5. Access account security
If the customer provides a hosting, domain, admin, database or FTP account, the customer should provide a temporary account, limit necessary permissions and change/delete the account after completing support. Solution Themes is not responsible for access arising after handover if the customer does not change the password or share the account with another party.
6. Customer Rights
Customers have the right to request to check, update, edit, limit use or delete personal information when no longer needed. Some information may still be retained for warranty, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal requirements.
7. Security incident
When detecting problems related to customer information, Solution Themes will take necessary measures to localize, minimize damage, check the cause and coordinate with customers. If the incident requires notification to the competent authority, we will coordinate to comply with the law.
8. Cookies and measurement tools
The website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools or advertising tools to improve experience, measure content effectiveness and provide consulting support. Customers can adjust cookies in the browser, but some functions may not function fully if cookies are disabled.
9. Customer care and marketing messages
Solution Themes may send notifications related to orders, deliveries, warranties, product updates, security alerts or information necessary for using the service. For optional marketing content, customers can refuse to receive it according to the instructions in each contact channel or by sending us a request.
We do not send commercial information to customers' emails, phone numbers or contact channels if such sending does not have an appropriate basis according to regulations on information security, personal data protection and consumer rights protection.
10. Data retention after warranty expires
Order information, documents and support history can be saved for accounting, tax, reconciliation, fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes. The hosting/admin access account provided by the customer for installation purposes should be changed or revoked by the customer upon completion. If the customer requests to delete data, we will process it to the extent possible, except for data that needs to continue to be saved according to legal obligations or legitimate interests.
11. End customer data on the customer's website
The website after handover can collect data from shoppers, consulting subscribers or customer end users. The customer is the party that directly decides the purpose and way of processing this data in its business operations. Solution Themes only provides technical support upon request and is not responsible for the creation of individual policies, obtaining consent, managing data or processing end user requests without a separate service agreement.
Pay
This policy helps customers clearly understand prices, payment methods, order confirmation conditions and control responsibilities when purchasing interfaces or accompanying services.
1. Price and package range
The selling price applies according to information displayed on the website, quote or confirmation from the consultant at the time of purchase. Each package may include skins, settings, demo data, user manual, warranty, basic modifications or additional services depending on the package description.
Price does not automatically include domain, hosting, paid SSL, business email, paid plugins/licenses, bulk product data entry, custom design, content writing, photography, payment/shipping/API integration or in-depth optimization if not specified.
2. Payment method
- Bank transfer according to information provided by Solution Themes.
- Payment via payment gateway is supported on the website.
- Payment by other methods if confirmed in writing by both parties.
Customers need to write down the correct transfer content so that orders can be quickly checked. The order is only confirmed when payment has been successfully recorded or when both parties have a clear debt agreement.
3. Order confirmation
After payment, customers need to send order information, payment documents, selected interface, domain/hosting if needed to install and billing information if any. The handover time is calculated from the time Solution Themes receives full payment and necessary information, not from the time the customer only makes a reservation or asks for advice.
4. Invoice
If an invoice is required, the customer must provide accurate information before the invoice is issued. In case the customer provides incorrect information or requests an adjustment after issuance, the adjustment will be made according to legal regulations and may take additional time.
5. Additional fees
Incurred fees may include installation on non-standard hosting, transferring hosting, email configuration, data entry, editing off-template interfaces, adding functions, purchasing plugins/licenses, fixing errors customized by the customer, handling malicious code or restoring data. Any additional fees will be notified in advance for the customer to confirm.
6. Late payment or underpayment
Solution Themes reserves the right not to hand over files, not install, not activate warranty or suspend support if the customer has not paid in full. Underpayment due to bank fees, wrong transfer, wrong exchange rate or wrong content needs to be supplemented before processing the application.
7. Duplicate payment or wrong transfer
If the customer makes a duplicate payment or wrong transfer, the customer needs to send documents for comparison. After verification, Solution Themes will refund the remaining payment or deduct it from other services as agreed. Bank fees incurred due to refunds may be deducted from the refund amount if the error does not lie with Solution Themes.
8. Special offers, discount codes and private quotes
Offers, discount codes or individual quotes are only valid during the published time, conditions and scope. Offer does not automatically apply retroactively to previously paid orders, is not convertible to cash and is not cumulative if the offer content does not allow it.
If the customer is advised on a separate package, the separate quote will take priority over the listed price within the clearly stated items. Requirements not included in a separate quote are still considered out of scope.
9. Chargeback, payment gateway dispute
If the customer opens a payment dispute, chargeback or requests the bank/payment gateway to recover money after receiving the product/service, Solution Themes has the right to suspend support, suspend additional delivery and provide order documents to the payment processor. Customers are still responsible for paying for the products/services received if the dispute has no valid basis.
10. Payment on behalf and invoice recipient information
In case the payer is not the person in whose name the delivery or invoice is received, the customer needs to notify clearly before checking. Solution Themes is not responsible if customers provide incorrect buyer information, company information, delivery email or invoicing information leading to slow order processing.
Buying guide
Customers should read this guide carefully before ordering to choose the right interface, the right service package and prepare enough data for the handover process.
1. Choose the right interface
Customers should watch the demo on desktop and mobile, check the industry, homepage layout, product page, article page, shopping cart, filter, contact form, loading speed, color customization ability and included modules. Beautiful interface but not suitable for sales flow can still increase editing costs later.
2. Check technical requirements
Before purchasing, customers need to confirm hosting, domain, PHP/database version, access rights and capacity meet the requirements. If you do not have hosting/domain, you can request advice on a suitable package. Installation on weak infrastructure or lack of access may prolong delivery time.
3. Confirm service package
Customers need to clearly specify what is included in the purchase package: theme only, theme with settings, color/logo adjustment, sample data entry, payment configuration, shipping configuration, user guide, warranty or extended support. Content not noted in the package is not automatically included.
4. Prepare data
- Logo, brand color, favicon, company information, hotline, email, address.
- Product/service list, product photos, description, price, sales policy.
- Customers' private payment, shipping, warranty, return, and security information.
- Hosting/domain/admin account if needed to install.
5. Ordering process
- Select interface and service pack.
- Contact us for consultation or send a request via website.
- Receive confirmation of price, scope, delivery time and additional fees, if any.
- Pay according to instructions.
- Provide necessary data/accounts.
- Receive handover, check and confirm completion.
6. Post-handover inspection
Customers need to check displays, forms, hotlines, emails, links, sample products, shopping carts, payments, shipping, admin accounts and policy content before publishing the website. If an error is detected within the scope, customers need to submit a support request with a specific description.
7. Avoid common misunderstandings
- Demo interface does not mean all demo images/content are licensed for commercial use.
- Theme purchase does not include private brand design without agreement.
- Theme settings do not include importing entire products or rewriting website content.
- The interface error warranty does not include error handling due to hosting, external plugins or third-party modifications.
8. Pre-sales consultation
Pre-sales consulting information to help customers choose the appropriate interface based on the needs provided by customers. If the customer provides incorrect needs, omits important requirements or does not clearly state required functionality, Solution Themes is not responsible if the purchased theme does not meet the requirements that have never been exchanged. Customers should list required functions in advance such as multiple warehouses, multiple languages, ERP integration, payment, shipping, authorization, landing page or advanced filters.
9. Request customization before purchasing
If the customer needs individual edits, the request must be confirmed before payment or an additional quote will be issued. General descriptions such as "edit like website A", "more professional", "better optimized" need to be converted into a list of specific items to avoid misunderstandings. Solution Themes only commits to custom parts that have been clearly described in terms of scope, time and cost.
10. Responsibility for checking industry information
Some industries such as finance, healthcare, education, food, pharmaceuticals, real estate or e-commerce may have their own legal requirements regarding content, trading conditions, information disclosure or licensing. Solution Themes provide technical interface; Customers need to check themselves or consult legal experts to ensure the website operates in accordance with industry regulations.
Installation & handover
Delivery time depends on the service package, payment status, availability of hosting/domain and the customer providing all necessary data.
1. Handover form
Solution Themes can be delivered by source code file, download account, direct installation on hosting, delivery of admin account, documentation or a combination of the above forms depending on the package. Specific delivery method is confirmed when ordering.
2. Installation conditions
- The customer has paid in full according to the package requirements.
- Hosting/domain meets minimum technical requirements.
- Customer provides a valid access account with no necessary rights restrictions.
- Customers have backed up data if installation on the website is active.
- There is no malicious code, server errors or serious system conflicts before installation.
3. Standard setting range
Standard installation usually includes putting the interface on hosting, configuring the database, importing demo data if any, configuring logo/basic information, checking the main display and handing over the admin account. Items such as importing multiple products, writing content, tweaking functionality, third-party integration or in-depth optimization need to be confirmed separately.
4. Risks when installing on an existing website
If the website already has data or is running, installing a theme may affect the old layout, plugins, data, links or configuration. Customers need to back up before installation and confirm the scope of intervention. Solution Themes is not responsible for old data if the customer does not provide a backup copy or requests an override when warned.
5. Check handover
Customers need to check the website after handover within a reasonable time, including home page, category page, detail page, shopping cart, form, contact, menu, footer, responsive and admin account. If there is no response within the notified period, the handover may be considered complete for items installed in the correct scope.
6. Post-installation security
Customers need to change passwords for hosting, admin, database, FTP and shared accounts after completing the installation. Customers should also enable two-factor authentication if available, delete temporary accounts and back up a clean copy of the website after acceptance.
7. Delayed handover
The handover time may be extended if the customer is late in payment, lacks information, hosting error, domain not pointing to DNS, account is locked, infrastructure is incompatible, customer changes requirements or problems arise beyond the scope of control. Solution Themes will notify you of the reason and appropriate course of action.
8. Handing over files and storage responsibilities
If the service package includes file delivery, customers need to download, store and back up the file after receiving it. Solution Themes can support resend within a reasonable time if the handover copy is retained, but does not commit to permanently storing order files, especially when the product has been discontinued, version changed or the customer has expired support.
9. Convert from old website
Converting from an old website to a new interface can affect URLs, data, SEO, content layout and user experience. If you need to keep the old URL, transfer data, redirect 301, preserve SEO or map categories/products, customers need to request clearly before quoting. If there is no conversion item, Solution Themes only installs the theme according to the template and is not responsible for old data/SEO.
10. Confirm installation completion
Installation is considered complete when the interface has run on the provisioned environment, components within the package have been configured, and handover information has been sent to the customer. The fact that the customer has not prepared real content, has not changed the banner, has not imported products or has not published the website does not extend the responsibility for setting standards indefinitely.
Warranty & support
Warranty is to fix technical errors of the interface within the scope of the purchased package. The warranty does not cover any modifications, operations, data entry or separate development needs.
1. Warranty scope
- The interface error shows a serious deviation from the demo or confirmed range.
- Error that the interface's built-in functionality does not work in an environment that meets technical requirements.
- Installation error caused by an operation performed by Solution Themes.
- Documentation/instruction errors cause serious confusion in basic operations.
2. Outside the warranty scope
- Errors caused by customers editing source code, installing plugins, changing configurations, deleting files, importing wrong data or doing wrong operations.
- Error due to hosting, domain, SSL, DNS, email, API, payment gateway, shipping or third party services.
- Request to customize the interface to your own liking, add modules, change layout, optimize SEO, optimize speed or input content.
- Error after website is maliciously coded, hacked, password revealed or account shared with many parties.
- Not compatible with external plugins/themes/modules that customers install themselves.
3. Support term and conditions
Warranty period applies according to purchase package. Support requests will only be processed when the customer provides sufficient order information, website link, error description, error photo/video, test account if necessary, and has not intervened to lose the ability to determine the cause.
4. Priority
Errors that make the website inaccessible, unable to submit main forms, or unable to handle core functionality will be given priority over requests for minor interface edits. Non-urgent improvement requests are processed according to the order of receipt and support capacity at that time.
5. Usage support
Solution Themes can guide basic operations such as admin login, changing logo, updating menu, changing banner, editing contact information, posting, adding products or changing photos. Repeated training for new personnel, operations on behalf of customers, or bulk data entry may incur separate charges.
6. Conditions for refusing support
We have the right to refuse support if the customer violates copyright, uses unauthorized products, requests to intervene in a system that does not belong to legal ownership, does not provide necessary access rights, insults/threatens personnel or requests to handle content that violates the law.
7. It is recommended to maintain the website
Customers should periodically back up, update secure versions, use strong passwords, limit installation of plugins of unknown origin, periodically check forms/emails and renew hosting/domain on time. Operational risks due to lack of maintenance are not covered by the interface warranty.
8. After-hours support and emergency requests
Requests for support outside of business hours, weekends, holidays, or requests for immediate processing may only apply to support packages with separate SLA or quoted separately. Solution Themes will try to provide support within reasonable capabilities, but does not commit to emergency response time if the customer does not use the corresponding support package.
9. Updates from third parties
Browser, PHP version, plugin, library, payment gateway, shipping API or hosting platform may change over time. If this change causes the interface to need updating, the update may be covered by the warranty if it occurs within the scope and duration of the warranty; If it is outside the deadline or involves a major upgrade, Solution Themes will quote a price before implementation.
10. Warranty after transferring hosting or changing domain
If customers manually transfer hosting, change domains, change server configuration or clone the website to another environment, customers need to check compatibility and backup before doing so. Errors arising from the conversion process are not covered by the default warranty, but Solution Themes can support testing according to its own technical package.
Returns & cancellations
Website interface is a digital product that can be copied and used immediately after handover. Therefore, the return policy needs to be clear to protect legitimate customer rights and avoid misuse of digital products.
1. General principles
Customers need to carefully review the demo, package description, technical requirements and support scope before paying. Once the file, download account, source code or installation website has been handed over, refund requests will only be considered in cases clearly grounded in this policy.
2. Cases considered for exchange or refund
- Solution Themes delivers the wrong interface, wrong package or lacks committed core components that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
- The interface cannot be installed on an environment that fully meets the minimum technical requirements and the cause is determined to be a product defect.
- Customers make duplicate payments, wrong transfers, or incorrectly calculated order value and have valid comparison documents.
- Solution Themes cannot provide the confirmed product/service due to an error on Solution Themes' part.
3. In case return/refund is not applicable
- Customers change their needs, change their profession, don't like the interface after seeing the demo or want to switch to another model due to product errors.
- The customer has received the source code/file/download account or has installed the correct interface.
- Errors due to substandard hosting, lack of access rights, third-party plugins, customers editing the source code themselves or entering incorrect data.
- Customers request a refund to avoid fees incurred for functions outside the package scope.
- Customers violate copyright, illegally share, resell or use products for prohibited purposes.
4. Cancel order before handover
If the customer cancels the order before Solution Themes delivers or begins installation, a refund will be considered after deducting costs incurred such as in-depth consultation, scheduling personnel, purchasing licenses, purchasing third-party services or non-refundable transaction fees.
5. Processing form
Depending on the case, Solution Themes can fix errors, change to an equivalent interface, add missing components, offset to another service or provide a partial/full refund. The handling plan is selected based on the cause of the error, level of product use, costs incurred and reasonable interests of both parties.
6. Request process
Customers need to submit a request within a reasonable time from the time the problem is detected, including the order code, payment documents, error description, photos/videos, hosting information and related evidence. Requests with missing information may result in longer processing times.
7. Refund
Refunds, if approved, will be made via the appropriate method after reconciliation is completed. Bank/payment gateway fees may be deducted if the error is not part of Solution Themes or if the payment provider/payment gateway does not refund the fee.
8. How to calculate partial refund
When providing a partial refund, the refund amount is determined based on the value of unrealized items, the level of product delivered, license/third-party service costs incurred, installation costs, personnel costs performed, and which party is at fault. A partial refund does not mean that the customer can continue to fully use the product if the refund is associated with cancellation of the right to use.
9. Revocation of usage rights after refund
If the customer receives a full refund due to cancellation of the order or because the product is not used, the customer must stop using it, delete copies, not continue to exploit the source code/interface/documents received and confirm discontinuation of use if requested by Solution Themes. In case the customer continues to use after the refund, Solution Themes has the right to request a refund or apply measures to protect intellectual property rights.
10. Do not take advantage of the return policy
The return policy cannot be used to receive a digital product and then request a refund for unfounded reasons, copy the product before canceling, or create a payment dispute after receiving the correct delivery. These actions may be considered violations of the user agreement and intellectual property rights.
Complaints & violations
This policy applies to complaints regarding orders, payments, delivery, installation, warranty, technical support, copyright and use of interfaces.
1. Submit a complaint
Customers submit complaints via contact form, email, hotline or support ticket. The content must include the order code, interface name, contact information, problem description, time of occurrence, error photo/video, payment documents and specific handling requirements.
2. Classification of complaints
- Dispute about payment, invoice or reconciliation.
- Complaints about wrong, missing or late delivery.
- Complaints about technical, warranty or support errors.
- Complaints about copyright, license, demo data or used resources.
- Complaints about service attitude or consulting quality.
3. Processing procedure
- Receive and verify order information.
- Check package scope, payment history, support log and customer-provided evidence.
- Determine whether the cause is product, installation, hosting, customer, third party or factors beyond control.
- Suggest solutions such as error correction, instructions, interface change, additional handover, deduction or refund if eligible.
- Confirm processing results using official communication channels.
4. Handling copyright infringement and misuse
Solution Themes has the right to suspend support, block download rights, refuse updates or request termination of use if it detects that customers are illegally sharing, reselling, distributing source code, using multiple domains beyond the license, falsifying ownership or using the product for purposes that violate the law.
5. Infringing content and data
If the customer's website contains content that violates the law, infringes intellectual property rights, false information, fraud, malicious code or unauthorized data collection, Solution Themes may refuse support related to that content and request the customer to remove it before continuing support.
6. Invalid complaint
Requests may be rejected if they are unfounded, not within the scope of the package, have been processed before, arise due to customer's own editing, to avoid payment, illegal requests or contain insulting/threatening words to support staff. The reason for refusal will be clearly stated.
7. Security during processing
Complaint information, accounts, logs, website data and payment documents are used to handle the case and are not publicly disclosed if not necessary or without legal basis. Customers also need to avoid publishing access data, personal information or payment information on public channels.
8. Final Resolution
Both parties prioritize negotiating in good faith, based on package description, payment documents, support history and Vietnamese law. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled by the competent authority according to the law.
9. Time limit for storing and providing evidence
Customers should submit complaints soon after discovering the problem so that logs, documents, hosting status and technical data can still be checked. If the customer deletes data, changes source code, transfers hosting or lets a third party intervene before Solution Themes checks, the conclusion of the cause may be limited and the right to warranty/return may be affected.
10. Complain publicly on social networks
Customers have the right to reflect their experience according to the law, but should not publish passwords, source codes, personal data, payment documents, private information or unverified content. Solution Themes reserves the right to request the removal or correction of information that is false, offensive, reveals business secrets or causes unfounded damage.
11. Protecting bona fide customers
For customers with goodwill and clear grounds, Solution Themes prioritizes practical solutions instead of formal arguments. If the error is our responsibility, we will correct the error, supplement the handover, re-instruct or propose an appropriate compensation plan. If the error is not our responsibility, we can still offer paid support to help customers restore operations as quickly as possible.
